Two Epson i1600 Heads Working in Tandem
The two heads give you a real head start on output. Each Epson I1600 A1 head carries 1600 nozzles and has Epson's PrecisionCore badge. Running two heads lets the printer cover the 330 mm width in fewer trips, so you can keep up with orders.

Five Color Pigment Ink on the Fedar FD30 Pro Direct to Film Printer
Bright transfers on dark garments start with a 5 color pigment ink system: cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white. Five 150 ml bulk tanks sit in a row in plain view on the side of the printer, with caps labeled K, C, M, Y and W and ink lines running from the tops, so you can see ink levels at a glance and top up before a job runs dry.

Head Care That Keeps Nozzles Firing Clean
Clogged nozzles cause most DTF problems, and white ink clogs fastest. Fedar built in an automatic cleaning and moisturizing function, along with a moisturizing device that keeps ink absorption and flow steady between jobs. Each head gets its own cap on the capping station, so both stay wet while the printer is idle. The two black framed caps have white pads and lattice tops and are mounted on a black plate.
That means less time spent on manual purges and more consistent prints when you come back to the machine.
Quiet Carriage and Open Build of the Fedar FD30 Pro A3 DTF Printer
The carriage rides on a silent linear guide rail for smooth, quiet passes across the film. Its housing has a tinted viewing window and vented black metal sides, and it travels beside the encoder strip and media pinch rollers. Its open structure lets you watch the printheads and reach them easily for cleaning.

Shaker Oven, Purifier and RIP in One Kit
You get the full workflow, not just the printer:
- Fedar A3 shaker oven: powders and dries your prints, and its automatic take up coiling handles DTF film up to 13.4 inches wide. It is the same shaker included in the FDA3 kit.
- Fume purifier: filters the air from printing and curing. It returns that air to the same room and does not replace outside air exchange, so run your setup in a well ventilated space.
- CADlink Fiery RIP software: included. The printer also works with Maintop, Flexiprint, Riin and other RIPs.
- Starter consumables: CMYK and white ink (1 kg each), 1 roll of 13 inch film and 1 kg of fine powder
- Self installation with a manual and video instruction
The kit does not include a printer stand or bench, onsite installation and training, or a computer.
Shipping, Warranty and Support
Shipping is free within the contiguous US (the lower 48 states and DC). The printer ships by truck freight on a pallet with liftgate delivery.

- Report any damage or defects on arrival within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns ship in the original packaging, and outbound replacement shipping is covered once a defect is confirmed.
