Three factory-configured editions serve different printing needs. Each uses a dedicated printhead and ink arrangement that cannot be upgraded to another edition later.

• Single UV Edition: Made for entry-level users personalizing rigid materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, and ceramic. It uses one Epson F1080 Print Head and CMYKWV ink channels.
• Dual-Head UV Edition: Suited to advanced UV work on rigid and flexible media such as acrylic, leather, wood, and canvas. Its two Epson F1080 Print Heads support CMYKWV, rigid white, flexible white, fluorescent red, and fluorescent yellow inks.
• UV + DT Fabric Edition: Built for apparel and hard goods. Two Epson F1080 Print Heads support UV printing on rigid objects plus DTG and DTF work on cotton, polyester, and other fabrics. Its ink channels are UV CMYKWVDT and fabric CMYKWW.

The UV + DT Fabric Edition uses its second head for textiles, so it does not print fluorescent colors or use flexible white ink. Choose the Dual-Head UV Edition for fluorescent effects and flexible white printing on materials such as leather.

The Single UV Standalone selection pairs the Single UV printer with six CMYKWV ink cartridges. It provides the dedicated UV configuration for flat rigid-material personalization without an OR1 Rotary Attachment.

The Single UV Rotary Bundle adds the OR1 Rotary Attachment to the Single UV printer and CMYKWV ink set. This package supports personalization on compatible cups, tumblers, and ornaments.

The Dual UV Standalone selection pairs the two-head UV printer with CMYKWV, rigid white, flexible white, fluorescent red, and fluorescent yellow cartridges. This ink arrangement supports rigid and flexible media, neon effects, matte finishes, gloss finishes, and foil effects.

The Dual UV Rotary Bundle combines the expanded Dual UV ink set with the OR1 Rotary Attachment. It is configured for cylindrical personalization alongside flat UV printing on rigid and flexible materials.

The Dual UV Versatile Bundle pairs the Dual UV printer and expanded ink array with three accessories:

• OR1 Rotary Attachment: Personalizes cups and ornaments.
• LM1 Laminator: Handles UV DTF lamination and foil stamping.
• RF1 Roll Feeder: Supports continuous printing on roll materials.

The DT+UV Standalone selection includes the UV + DT Fabric printer configuration, UV and DT fabric ink cartridges, and a garment tray. It supports direct printing on rigid items and apparel, plus film-based transfer work.

The DT+UV Rotary Bundle adds an OR1 Rotary Attachment to the UV and fabric ink sets and garment tray. It covers flat hard goods, clothing, fabric transfers, and compatible cylindrical objects.

The DT+UV Versatile Bundle combines the UV + DT Fabric configuration with UV and fabric inks, a garment tray, OR1 Rotary Attachment, LM1 Laminator, and RF1 Roll Feeder. This package spans apparel, rigid objects, cylindrical items, laminated transfers, foil work, and roll-fed media.

The UV + DT Fabric Edition covers four printing methods through its separate UV and textile ink systems:

• UV printing: Applies graphics directly to rigid materials such as glass, acrylic, wood, and metal.
• UV DTF: Produces transferable decals for objects that cannot be placed directly on the print bed. An LM1 Laminator is required.
• DTG: Prints directly onto cotton and other supported apparel placed on the garment platen.
• DTF: Prints a design onto film for transfer to cotton, polyester, denim, and mixed fabrics.

Material support varies by edition. The UV + DT Fabric Edition covers acrylic, wood, metal, cotton, polyester, and other rigid or fabric media. The Dual-Head UV Edition covers acrylic, leather, wood, canvas, and other rigid or flexible media. The Single UV Edition covers acrylic, wood, metal, glass, ceramic, and other rigid materials.

Inside the UV + DT Fabric Edition, one Epson F1080 Print Head handles UV work while a second Epson F1080 Print Head handles DTG and DTF fabric printing. The dedicated paths let each ink system serve its intended material type.

UV channels use CMYKWVDT, while the fabric channels use CMYKWW. The V channel is a 3-in-1 varnish for matte, gloss, and foil effects.

Pixel-scan™ senses the full print bed instead of relying only on a conventional camera view. Its 1440 x 1200 dpi vision resolution maps objects for 1:1 placement with ±0.2 mm positioning accuracy.

This alignment system helps position artwork on irregularly arranged pieces while avoiding the perspective distortion associated with an angled camera view. G7-certified commercial colors support dependable color rendering at a print resolution of 720x1440 dpi.

Create tactile and visual finishes beyond flat color. Supported effects include 7 mm (0.28") embossing, lenticular effects, flexible relief badges, tactile art, matte varnish, gloss varnish, and hot foil finishes when paired with the required laminating accessory.

Fluorescent red and fluorescent yellow are exclusive to the Dual-Head UV Edition. The Single UV and UV + DT Fabric editions do not print fluorescent colors.

A library of 2,000-plus textures helps turn artwork into dimensional surfaces without building every pattern manually. Software tools also cover stylized image generation and one-click spot varnish for placing gloss or texture on selected areas of a design.

The UV + DT Fabric Edition supports two apparel methods from one textile ink system. DTG prints directly onto fabric, while DTF prints onto film before the design is transferred with heat.

• DTG process: Pre-press the fabric, print directly, and cure the ink afterward with a heat press for better wash durability and professional-quality results.
• DTF process: Print onto film, apply adhesive powder, melt the powder with a heat press, and transfer the design. The xTool WonderPress can handle the heat-press and built-in curing steps.

UV DTF creates waterproof decals that can be applied to curved surfaces and items that do not fit on the print bed. Helmets, cups, boards, and other shaped objects can receive printed decoration after the design is laminated.

Add the RF1 Roll Feeder for continuous roll printing up to 49 ft. UV DTF sticker, transfer, and decal production requires the LM1 Laminator.

The OR1 Rotary Attachment holds compatible bottles, mugs, tumblers, cups, and ornaments for printing around curved surfaces. 3D cup modeling previews the artwork before printing, helping you inspect placement across different cylindrical object setups.

Built-in care functions address common white-ink and printhead needs between jobs. The printer provides automatic white ink stirring, automatic white ink circulation, and automatic printhead moisture protection.

Remote cleaning and control are available through the app on every edition.

O1 connects with compatible laser machines through xTool Studio, placing printing, engraving, and cutting tasks in one software workspace. Current support covers P3, P2, P2S, S1, M2, and M1 Ultra.

These linked workflows are scheduled to be supported when the O1 arrives. Support for more laser machines, including F Series models used for processes such as engrave-then-print, is planned to be added over time.

Internal airflow and filtration remove 96.4% of TVOCs. All editions use non-reprotoxic ink and GREENGUARD® Gold Certified UV Ink.

The UV + DT Fabric Edition also uses OEKO-TEX® Certified DT Fabric Ink. Certification coverage reflects each edition’s ink system, so the UV-only editions do not include the DT fabric ink certification.
