Shape Custom Labels Without Separate Dies
IColor® CustomCUT™ Software lets you create standard label shapes, contour cuts, and custom layouts while importing a wide variety of file formats. Advanced design tools help produce properly positioned prints and die-cuts.
- Three operating modes: Print only, Cut only, or Print and Cut
- Peel-and-stick results: The blade die-cuts the label without cutting through its liner
- Certified cutting media: Digital cutting requires UNINET® IColor® 250 media with a chipped hub that communicates with the printer and activates the blade
- Cleaner cutting: The certified media uses a special formulation that virtually eliminates paper dust during cutting
- Print-only flexibility: 3rd party pre die cut media may be used, and UNINET® carries a limited selection
- Flexible roll handling: Continuous roll-to-cut operation is included, with an option to upgrade to continuous roll-to-roll printing
Many types of label stock are available, removing the need to rely only on pre-die-cut media.
Interchangeable Ink for Color or Lasting Labels
An all-in-one high capacity ink cartridge contains cyan, magenta, yellow, and process black inks along with its own print-head. Each replacement cartridge supplies a new print-head, so you no longer need to change or flush printer heads separately.

Flexible Output for Short Run Production
Designed for small to mid-size businesses, the IColor® 250 handles 1 to 3,000 labels per day. It can print a single label at a very low cost and can print and cut 50 3" round stickers in less than 15 minutes.
Beyond labels, the multipurpose inkjet design can produce photos, cards, and banners. Its supported applications include wine, beer, spirits, water, soft drinks, food, home and personal care, pharma and healthcare, logistics, and chemical products.
Computer Compatibility and Included Components
IColor® CustomCUT™ Software works with Windows and Mac systems. Compatibility information lists Windows 10 / 11 and MAC OS X 10.11+, while the technical operating system specification lists Windows 7, 8, or 10. A PC is recommended because the Mac driver is scaled down and offers fewer functions.
