Each head features a metal nozzle plate with two yellow ink channel lines, mounted in a black housing secured by corner screws. Recommended conditions: temperature 18°C to 28°C, humidity 60% to 70%, a ventilated environment with HEPA ventilation, and a commercial production setting.

Computer requirements: Windows 10/11 64-bit, Intel i5 CPU or higher, 8GB RAM minimum, gigabit network card, CAT6 Ethernet cable, and an SSD recommended.

PPE and ventilation: N95 mask or respirator, gloves, goggles, full body covering, a fume extraction system, and HEPA ventilation. TPU adhesive powder fumes may be hazardous if inhaled.

• Daily: nozzle cleaning after startup, print a test strip, check carriage reset before shutdown, monitor white ink circulation, and maintain humidity control
• Weekly: clear dust, lubricate rails, run preventative maintenance, and inspect the ink stack system
• Long-term: replace ink sacs every three months, lubricate ink stack screws, and maintain nozzle sealing and moisture

Keep the machine in continual use, since inactivity can lead to clogs. Never unplug cables while powered on, and always keep the machine properly grounded.
