Double Your Output With the DK7T Hat Press

Are single-station cap presses holding your shop back? Every hat you press means standing idle while the platen heats, cools, and resets. The Digital Knight DK7T changes that rhythm completely. With two pivoting stations, you press one cap while prepping the next, keeping your hands busy and your production line moving without pause. Add ±2°F accuracy and 70 saved presets, and you get consistent, repeatable results that stop wasting blank hats and stalling your workflow.

  • Twin Station Design: Press one cap while prepping the next, cutting dead time and boosting hats per hour.
  • Digital Precision: ±2°F accuracy across a 32°F to 600°F range keeps every press consistent, no ruined blanks.
  • 70 Presets: Save your settings and switch jobs in seconds instead of resetting temperature and time by hand.
  • Cap Hold-Down System: Curved 1/2-moon device locks caps in place for centered, even transfers.
  • Interchangeable Forms: Standard, EURO, and Youth bottom forms included to fit large, standard, fitted, low-profile, and youth caps.
  • Effortless Operation: Self-lifting gas spring and wide-opening clamshell reduce operator fatigue on long runs.
  • Industrial Build: Solid steel frame, hardened pivot points, and a 3/4" Teflon-coated platen built for daily high-volume use.
  • Alarms and Alerts: Cycle counter, temperature drop alert, and 10 selectable end-of-cycle beep patterns keep you on track.
  • Backed by Warranty: Lifetime platen warranty, 5-year frame warranty, 3-year controller warranty, and free lifetime tech support.
  • Built For: Print shops, apparel businesses, and custom merch operations running real daily volume.

Continuous Production With the Twin Station Pivot

DK7T hat press twin-station pivot workflow showing press one side while prepping the next cap

The heart of the DK7T is its twin-station pivot design. Instead of waiting on a single platen, you work two positions at once.

  • Press on one side while loading and aligning the next cap on the other
  • No dead time between cycles, so your hands never stop moving
  • More hats per hour without adding a second operator or a second machine

This is the difference between running a production line and babysitting one press. For shops fighting throughput bottlenecks, the pivot design turns waiting time into working time.

Why the Dual Platen Hat Heat Press Ends Ruined Blanks

Geo Knight DK7T digital temperature control with 2F accuracy and 32 to 600F range benefit grid

Inconsistent heat means scorched transfers and wasted hats. The DK7T runs fully digital temperature control with a range of 32°F to 600°F and ±2°F accuracy, so every press lands in the same spot.

  • Temperature display in °F or °C, your choice
  • Automatic digital timer with dual pre-press timer functionality
  • Timer range of 0 to 99 minutes 59 seconds, or up to 99 hours 59 minutes
  • Temperature drop alert warns you before a cold press ruins a hat
  • Cycle counter tracks your total number of presses
  • End-of-cycle alarms with 10 selectable beep patterns, plus optional keypad sound control

You press with confidence instead of second-guessing the dial, and your output stays identical across every operator on the floor.

70 Presets That Kill Reconfiguration Downtime

Dual heat hat press with 70 programmable presets for fast job switching and repeatable workflows

Switching between designs used to mean resetting temperature and time by hand every single job. The DK7T stores 70 programmable presets so you load a saved setting in seconds.

  • Quick preset loading through the membrane keypad interface
  • Repeatable workflows for multi-design shops juggling many jobs
  • Manual pressure adjustment with preset reference support to match each recipe

Faster job switching means less standing around and more finished caps at the end of the day.

Cap Hold-Down System Built for Every Profile

DK7T hat press curved hold-down device with standard EURO and youth forms for every cap profile

Caps shift. When they do, you get crooked, uneven transfers. The DK7T fixes this with a curved 1/2-moon hold-down device that locks each cap in place through the whole press cycle.

Three interchangeable bottom forms come included so you can match the shape to the hat:

  • Standard form at approximately 4" x 7"
  • EURO form for mid-sized caps
  • Youth form for child-sized hats

Between the forms and the hold-down, the press handles large, standard, youth, fitted, and low-profile caps with clean, centered results every time.

Effortless Operation That Fights Fatigue

Dual heat hat press self-lifting gas spring wide clamshell and adjustable pedestal reduce fatigue

A full production day is hard on your hands and back. The DK7T is engineered to take that strain off you.

  • Self-lifting gas spring raises the platen for you, cutting operator fatigue
  • Wide-opening clamshell gives you room to load and unload fast
  • Adjustable pedestal dials in platen alignment for a level press

Less effort per cycle means you stay productive through long runs instead of burning out by lunch.

Industrial Build for Daily High-Volume Use

Dual platen hat heat press steel frame hardened pivots and thick Teflon platen built for volume

This is a production upgrade, not a hobby press, and the construction proves it.

  • Solid steel frame stands up to constant daily work
  • Hardened high-strength pivot points keep the twin stations true over years of cycling
  • 3/4" thick heat platen holds and spreads heat evenly
  • Teflon-coated platen surface for clean release and easy wipe-downs

Every part is chosen to survive the punishment of a busy shop, so the machine keeps earning its place on your counter for the long haul.

Who the Dual Heat Hat Press Is Built For

This press earns its keep in shops running real volume. It fits you if you are:

  • Print shops pushing large batches of headwear daily
  • Apparel businesses that need standardized quality across operators

Warranty

Geo Knight builds these presses in Brockton, Massachusetts, and warranties them by component, which means the parts that should last forever are covered forever.

In short: The heat platen is covered for the life of the press, the frame for 5 years, the controller for 3 years, and all other parts for 1 year. There is no registration to file, and technical support is free for life, even on a press bought second hand.

What is covered

Component Covered for
Heat platen Lifetime
Major components 5 years
Controller 3 years
All other parts 1 year

Plus free lifetime phone and email technical support. Not one year of support. Lifetime.

Large format presses, meaning the MaxiPress and Triton, carry 1 year on all items rather than the tiered coverage above. We do not stock those, but if you order one through us, that is the coverage.

The heat platen is the part that matters

It is the most expensive component in the press and the one that determines whether the machine still prints properly in year eight. Geo Knight warranties it for the life of the press. Very little else in this category comes close.

No registration needed

There is nothing to file, no form, and no deadline. Coverage is active from your invoice date. Keep your invoice from us, because that is your proof of purchase.

Repairs and replacement parts

What Covered for
Replacement parts 30 days
Replacement assemblies 60 days
Repair work 90 days, on the specific area repaired

What is not covered

  • Used or second hand equipment. Geo Knight provides no warranty on a press bought second hand, though free lifetime technical support still applies even then, which is genuinely unusual
  • Damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear on consumable surfaces such as Teflon wraps, pads and covers
  • Anything after the applicable period for that component

Coverage is non transferable. If you later sell your press, the warranty does not follow it to the new owner, but Geo Knight will still take their call for technical support.

Making a claim

Call us first on 719-396-5661. We will open it with you and stay on it.

Geo Knight handles warranty service directly from the factory. For expedited or emergency service, going to them directly is the fastest route, and we would rather you got your press running than waited on us to relay.

A return authorization is required before anything ships back. Do not send a press to the factory without one.

Freight on a warranty repair: you ship it to the factory, and Geo Knight covers the freight back to you by UPS Ground or standard LTL. If you want faster than that, premium freight is your cost and your choice.

Keep the crate and pallet. A press shipped without proper packaging can arrive damaged, and that becomes a new problem rather than a solved one.

Free lifetime technical support, so use it

This is the part people leave on the table. Geo Knight supports every press they have ever built, new or second hand, by phone and email, for life. No contract, no fee, no expiry.

Temperature drift, pressure calibration, an element behaving oddly, a setting you cannot find: call us on 719-396-5661 and we will work it with you, or go straight to the factory if you would rather.

Most warranty problems on a heat press turn out to be a settings problem or a calibration problem. A ten minute call fixes more of these than a shipping label does.

Questions

Call 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com. We answer within an hour, 7am to 7pm Mountain, seven days a week.

Full terms for every brand we carry, plus product safety information, are on our Warranty & Product Safety page.

Return & Refund Policy

Your window is counted from the day the press arrives, and there is no restocking fee at any point inside it, so deciding early costs you nothing.

In short: 19 days from delivery, with no restocking fee at any point in that window. Presses and accessories run on the same clock. A press that has been heated even once can't come back, and opened Teflon or Nomex is final sale. Anything damaged, defective or incorrect is on us and costs you nothing.

Your return window

When you request the return Restocking fee
Within 19 days of delivery None
After 19 days We can't accept it

The clock starts the day your press is delivered, not the day you ordered and not the day it shipped.

Unpack and inspect the press the day it arrives. If anything isn't right, call 719-396-5661 straight away rather than waiting. We would much rather hear from you on day one than argue about day twelve.

Tables, wraps and accessories run on the same 19 day window.

What condition it needs to be in

Presses have to come back exactly as they left the factory:

  • Never powered on or run through a heat cycle. A press that has been heated, even once, can't be returned
  • Unused, with no signs of wear
  • No platens, tables, attachments or accessories installed or swapped
  • In the original crate and packaging, with the pallet, foam and every insert
  • All accessories, cables and documentation included
  • No signs of installation, mounting or assembly

Tables, fixtures and accessories:

  • Unused. Never mounted to a press, never heated, never run through a cycle
  • Original packaging and all inserts
  • No signs of installation, drilling or modification
  • Complete. A table set comes back as a set

Anything that has been heated or mounted can't come back. A Teflon wrap that has been through one press cycle, or a table that has been threaded onto a machine, isn't resaleable. If you're not sure a table fits your press, call us first on 719-396-5661 and we will check the model against the All-Thread pattern before you install anything.

How to start a return

  1. Call 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com with your order number, within your window. Every return needs authorization first. The manufacturer requires a return authorization number, and anything sent back without one can't be accepted.
  2. We confirm eligibility, quote your return freight, and send the return address with full instructions.
  3. Pack it in the original crate or packaging and ship it. Insure the shipment and keep your tracking, because it is your responsibility until it arrives.
  4. We inspect it on arrival and email you to confirm your refund.

Who pays return shipping

Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong thing: you do. Presses are heavy and ship by freight, so this is a real expense. We quote you the exact return freight cost before you commit to anything, so you can decide with the full number in front of you. Your original outbound shipping charge isn't refunded either.

Most accessories ship parcel, so return shipping on those is modest. The universal stand is the exception at 77 lb, and we will quote that before you commit.

Arrived damaged, defective or incorrect: we cover the shipping and you pay nothing.

What we can't take back

  • Any press that has been powered on, heated, used or assembled
  • Anything showing signs of use, installation or wear
  • Anything mounted, heated, installed or drilled
  • Opened Teflon sheets, wraps or Nomex pads. Final sale once the packaging is opened. Sealed and unopened, they are returnable within the window like anything else
  • Presses or accessories returned without the original crate, pallet or packaging
  • Partial sets
  • Anything requested more than 19 days after delivery
  • Presses sold as certified pre-owned or used
  • Equipment bought for one-time or temporary use, such as a single trade show, rather than ongoing production

If it arrives damaged

Inspect the crate before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it before the driver leaves, and refuse the shipment if the damage looks severe.

Then email your photos to info@veprintshop.com the same day with your order number, and call us on 719-396-5661.

Keep all the packaging until the claim is fully closed, because the carrier may need to inspect it.

We cover the shipping on damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise. You pay nothing.

Full delivery inspection detail is on the Shipping Policy tab on this page.

Defective or incorrect items

Report a defective press, table or a wrong item within 5 business days of delivery so we can get it resolved quickly. Call us on 719-396-5661 rather than troubleshooting on your own.

We cover the shipping and make sure you end up with the press you ordered, working, as fast as possible.

Contact us before shipping anything back. An unauthorized return can void your coverage.

Presses damaged after use aren't refundable unless they are covered by warranty. For coverage after the return window closes, see the Warranty tab on this page.

Cancellations and exchanges

Before your press ships, cancelling is free with a full refund and no fees.

These presses are built to order, so the factory starts work as soon as we confirm your order. Call 719-396-5661 rather than emailing if you need to cancel, because a few hours matters here.

Once it ships, the return terms above apply, which means return freight at your cost.

You can exchange or upgrade a press within 19 days of delivery. It has to meet the same condition requirements as a return, and you are responsible for the shipping costs plus any price difference. If you are considering an upgrade, call us on 719-396-5661 before you send anything back. We will make sure the model you are moving to is actually the right one, and that conversation has saved people a second round of freight more than once.

Refunds

We email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Refunds cover the invoiced purchase price. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

If you have any questions about this policy, call or text us on 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com.

Shipping Policy

Most presses ship free. The DK7 Cap Press and DK8 Label Press carry a $100 charge, listed in full below.

In short: Free shipping on most presses. Some models carry a $100 flat charge, charged per press, so two presses means two charges. Presses are built to order, typically 3 to 5 business days, then 5 to 7 business days in freight transit. Unpack and inspect the press the day it arrives, because that is when a damage claim is easiest to win.

What shipping costs

Free on most presses, and on accessories and tables.

Some models carry a shipping charge:

What you're buying Shipping
Most presses, and all tables and accessories Free
DK7 Cap Press, DK8 Label Press $100 flat

The amount for your press is also shown at checkout before you pay.

Charges are per item, not per order. If you buy two presses that each carry a charge, you pay both.

Where we ship

The United States only. We don't ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to freight forwarders.

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order we send you a confirmation email. That means we have received your order and authorized your payment. It is an authorization, not a charge.

We then check immediately that your items are in stock and ready to ship. If something is backordered or unavailable, we release the authorization and email you to discuss the options rather than holding your money.

Once we have confirmed everything is available, we capture the payment and start preparing your order.

These presses are built to order, so the factory starts work as soon as we confirm. If you need to cancel, call 719-396-5661 rather than emailing, because a few hours matters here.

How long it takes

These presses are built to order.

Stage Time
Build and dispatch 3 to 5 business days
Freight transit 5 to 7 business days

Orders placed after 5pm Mountain Time (Denver) start processing the next business day.

Larger and air operated presses take longer to build, sometimes considerably. If you are ordering a model outside the standard manual range, call us on 719-396-5661 and we will confirm your build time before you pay, not after.

All timelines mean business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order shipment and tracking

We send your shipping confirmation the day your press leaves the factory, with tracking, to the email address you gave at checkout.

Unpack and inspect the press the day it arrives. Your 19 day return window is counted from delivery, and a damage claim gets much harder to win once a clean delivery receipt has been signed. Full detail is on the Return & Refund Policy tab on this page.

If you haven't heard from us within 4 business days of your expected ship date, email info@veprintshop.com or call 719-396-5661 and we will chase it.

How it ships

Tables, wraps and accessories ship by parcel carrier. Smaller presses ship by parcel. The heaviest presses ship by freight, and freight works differently from a parcel delivery:

  • The carrier calls to schedule. Give us a phone number someone answers, since missed appointments can trigger redelivery or storage fees
  • Delivery is curbside. The driver brings the crate to the back of the truck. Getting it inside is your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing
  • Liftgate is included. You don't need a dock or a forklift, and you don't pay extra for it
  • Someone must be present to sign. Freight carriers don't leave crated equipment unattended

Inspect before you sign

This is the single most important section on this page. Once you sign a clean delivery receipt the carrier's liability is largely discharged, and a damage claim becomes very hard to win for you and for us.

Before you sign:

  • Inspect the crate, box and packaging. Look for crushing, punctures, tears, water staining, tilt or shock indicators, and shifted contents
  • If you see any damage at all, even minor, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign. Be specific, for example "crate corner crushed, bottom left". Photograph it before the driver leaves
  • If the damage looks severe you can refuse the shipment. Note the reason on the receipt and call us right away on 719-396-5661
  • Keep all packaging. Don't discard the crate, box, foam or pallet until the claim is closed. Carrier inspection of the original packaging is a condition of the claim, and throwing it out can void it

If it arrives damaged

If you have accepted the delivery, photograph any damaged packaging or products immediately.

Email your photos to info@veprintshop.com the same day with your order number, and call us on 719-396-5661.

Concealed damage, meaning damage you find after unpacking where the outside looked fine, must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the packaging kept.

We cover the shipping on damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise. You pay nothing. See the Return & Refund Policy tab on this page for what happens next.

If a press later goes back for warranty repair, you ship it to the factory and the manufacturer covers the freight back to you. See the Warranty tab on this page.

If your shipment is lost or stalls

If tracking stops updating for more than 2 business days, or a scheduled delivery date passes with nothing arriving, tell us. We open the carrier trace on your behalf.

We respond within 1 hour, 7am to 7pm Mountain Time, seven days a week, on 719-396-5661 or info@veprintshop.com.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Corrections after dispatch trigger carrier fees, which are significant on freight, and address change fees incurred after dispatch are passed on to you at cost.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is refused without cause, or comes back to us as undeliverable because of a wrong address or repeated missed appointments, return freight and any carrier storage fees are deducted from your refund.

This never applies when you refuse a delivery because of visible damage.

If you have any questions about this policy, call or text us on 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com.
