- One at a time workflow: Well suited to individual jobs and short production runs.

- Flexible media handling: Accepts transfer sheets up to 13” wide.
Vivid Textile Results from the Icolorprint DTF 100 Direct to Film Printer

A popular Epson engine serves as the foundation, with professional UNINET® modifications for DTF printing. The printer produces durable transfers with intense color at up to 1440 dpi.
Apply finished transfers to cotton, polyester, blends, and additional fabric types. White ink lets artwork stand out on both light and dark textiles, while print speeds of up to 10 square ft / hr support approximately ~8 A3 pages / hr.
White Ink Circulation and Filtration in the Icolorprint DTF 100 DTF Printer
The WICS White Ink Circulation System keeps white ink moving through its dedicated supply path. The black external housing includes reservoir level windows, filtration, and a white ink stirring mechanism.
Circulation helps manage white ink during regular production, but it does not replace daily care. Once ink is installed, the printer must be used or maintained every day to reduce clogging and print defects.
Cartridge-Free CMYKW Ink Tank System for the Icolorprint DTF 100 Transfer Printer

Five refill reservoirs in a black external ink tank module supply cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and white ink without cartridges. Color coded ports, clear tubing, and dampers organize the ink path, while the refillable tank format makes routine ink filling and care more direct.
The package supplies 500ml bottles of each CMYKW ink. You will need 5 small funnels for filling the tanks.
Included Starter Package and Training for the Icolorprint DTF 100 Printing System
Supplies, software, setup education, printed materials, and service are included so you can prepare the printer and learn its operating routine. The Master Class can be viewed on the required customer-supplied Windows PC; a laptop is not included.
- DTF inks: 500ml CMYKW bottles
- Transfer film: 100 DTF Triple Coated Transfer Sheets in A3+ size
- Adhesive: 1.75lb bottle of DTF Adhesive Powder, also called Transfer Powder
- Starter Bundle: Hygrometer, cleaning and maintenance solutions, syringes, swabs, a USB device, printed materials, and accessories
- Software: UNINET® DTF ProRIP Software
- Training: DTF Master Class Video followed by a remote live technician Q&A listed as 30 minutes, with session guidance allowing 30 - 45 minutes
- Service: World class service and support are included through us
This DIY style printing method takes practice and patience. DTF technology is approachable, but you should expect a learning curve while refining printing, powder application, curing, and pressing. Additional 2 hour personal training sessions are sold separately for $299.
Mandatory First Ink Setup

Complete the full Master Class and physically set up the printer before scheduling the mandatory live Q&A session. A technician will guide the first ink installation, answer questions, and help address setup issues.
Do not load ink before that live session. Installing ink early may void the warranty. Once ink enters the printer, daily use or maintenance is required.
Equipment Needed to Finish Your DTF Workflow

Several items are required but are not supplied with the printer:
- Powder curing: UNINET® DTF Powder Heat Station
- Computer: Windows 10 or higher PC with an available USB port
- Garment finishing: Heat press, with a 16x20 heat press recommended
- Ink filling: 5 small funnels
- Humidity: Humidifier capable of keeping the print room above 50% humidity
- Air handling: Air purifier or fume extractor for the curing process
- Personal protection: Ventilator or mask for airborne DTF powder
- Extra instruction: Additional 2 hour personal training sessions when needed
Daily Maintenance and Humidity Requirements

DTF ink systems are intended for constant use and daily attention, not occasional printing. Leaving the printer unused for more than a day or two can cause clogs, longer cleaning cycles, print defects, and replacement of consumable parts that are not covered by the warranty.
Keep the print room above 50% humidity to lower the chance of ink clogs and transfer film buckling. Follow the supplied maintenance routine even on days when no print job is scheduled.
Commercial Workspace and Protective Equipment

Operate DTF equipment in a well ventilated commercial setting. Residential and in home use are not recommended. TPU adhesive powder can become airborne during handling, and curing may produce fumes that are hazardous when inhaled.
- Use a fume extractor during TPU adhesive powder curing.
- Wear a respirator or N95 mask, goggles, gloves, and full body covering.
- Avoid breathing uncured powder and curing fumes.
- Handle DTF equipment, chemicals, powders, inks, and accessories at your own risk.
Warranty Coverage and Exclusions

The included 12 month warranty covers replacement of faulty materials during the first year from the machine purchase date. It does not cover damage caused by the owner, lack of maintenance, clogs, accidents, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, improper maintenance or calibration, external causes, or equipment with the serial number removed.
Excluded consumable parts include ink, print heads, capping stations, dampers, control boards, cables, and waste bottles, except when the item is dead on arrival. Electronic boards, cables, power supplies, and related parts may be damaged by liquid or ink spills and are not covered for that type of damage. Spare consumable parts are available when needed.
Shipping costs for warranty repair are the owner’s responsibility. Contact Us for full warranty terms or product registration help. A 1 year extended warranty is also available.
