Print, Varnish, and Laminate Custom Decals With the uninet uv dtf 3000

Struggling to decorate curved, heat-sensitive, or oddly shaped products that resist direct printing? Tumblers, helmets, phone cases, and glassware all fight back against traditional methods. This 17-inch roll-fed system flips the script by producing high-gloss peel-and-apply transfers that stick to nearly any hard surface. You print, varnish, and laminate in one inline pass, then apply the finished decal wherever direct printing simply cannot go.

  • All-in-one workflow: Prints, varnishes, and laminates in one inline pass for peel-and-apply decals on hard surfaces.
  • Print system: Three industrial XP600 printheads dedicate separate channels to color, white, and varnish for clean, consistent output.
  • Built-in laminator: Automated in-line lamination removes manual finishing steps and speeds up production.
  • 18-channel ink setup: CMYK, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, White, and Varnish for a wide color range and sharp detail.
  • WIMS white ink management: Keeps white ink circulating to lower clogging risk and reduce downtime.
  • 3D gloss varnish: Raised, dimensional finish gives decals a premium, tactile look.
  • Roll-fed platform: 420mm/17 inch width with a maximum print size of 420mm x 200 meters for long, uninterrupted runs.
  • Print speed: Up to 50 sq ft/hr in 8-pass mode at 1080 DPI or 1440 DPI resolution.
  • Gang sheet printing: Multiple designs on one sheet cut material waste and turnaround time.
  • Durability: Water, abrasion, scratch, and UV resistant finish suited for indoor and outdoor use.
  • Surface compatibility: Works on metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, wood, vinyl, and paper.
  • Complete bundle: Includes printer, laminator, rolling stand, printheads, ink tanks, film rolls, RIP software, ICC profiles, onboarding training, and maintenance accessories.
  • Maintenance need: Requires consistent use and a steady daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance routine to avoid clogging.
  • Operating environment: Best performance at 25°C to 28°C and 50% to 70% humidity in a grounded, dust-controlled space.
  • Warranty: 12-month limited coverage on manufacturing defects, with consumables and neglect-related damage excluded.

Three Industrial Printheads Built Into the uv dtf 3000

Print carriage window and waste ink box on the Wide UV DTF Roll Fed Printer shown in a top-front detail shot

Three dedicated industrial-grade printheads keep every layer clean and consistent. Instead of forcing color, white, and varnish through shared channels, each function gets its own hardware:

  • H1: Color inks
  • H2: White ink
  • H4: Varnish
  • H3: Reserved

Separating these jobs gives you better output consistency across long runs and cleaner control over how each layer builds up. The heads are XP600 type, tuned for detailed graphics on transfer film. The print carriage window carries the UNINET logo centered on the front, with a black waste ink box mounted on top of the machine to collect spent ink during cleaning cycles.

Built-In Automated Laminator

Blue B film loaded on the roller feed of a Wide UV DTF Roll Fed Printer, with a printed sticker sheet and centered UNINET logo visible

No more hand-feeding prints through a second machine. The integrated laminator handles finishing in-line during production, cutting manual steps and speeding up your output. Print and laminate happen as part of one continuous flow, so your operators spend less time babysitting the workflow and more time filling orders. The blue B film roller loads right below the print area, feeding your printed sticker sheet straight into lamination.

18-Channel Ink Setup With WIMS White Ink Management

18-channel ink and WIMS white management chart for the uv dtf 3000 showing color lineup and circulation

Eighteen ink channels open up an expanded color range for sharper, richer graphics. The full ink lineup covers:

  • CMYK for standard color
  • Light Cyan and Light Magenta for smoother gradients and expanded gamut
  • White for opaque backing on any substrate
  • Varnish for gloss and dimensional effects

White ink is the toughest part of any DTF system, which is why the WIMS White Ink Management System keeps white ink circulating. That circulation lowers clogging risk, holds white performance steady, and cuts down on the downtime that stalls production.

High-Gloss 3D Varnish for Premium Finishes

Uninet uv dtf 3000 varnish benefits graphic showing raised gloss, tactile detail, and premium pricing icons

The varnish layer does more than protect. It builds raised gloss effects with sharp detail, giving your decals a tactile, dimensional look that plain flat prints cannot match. Customers see and feel the difference, which lets you charge more for premium branded merchandise, promotional pieces, and packaging prototypes.

Gang Sheet Efficiency Powers This Wide UV DTF Roll Fed Printer

Uninet uv dtf 3000 roll-fed production stats with print width, length, speed, resolution, and gang sheet layout

Built on a 420mm / 17 inch roll-fed platform with a maximum print size of 420mm × 200 meters, this system is made for long, uninterrupted runs. Print speeds reach up to 50 sq ft/hr in 8-pass mode, at resolutions of 1080 DPI or 1440 DPI.

Gang sheet printing lets you lay out multiple designs at once, so you fill the full print width and waste less film. More jobs per sheet means lower material cost and faster turnaround across every batch.

Durable Transfers That Hold Up Indoors and Out

Durability benefit badges for the uninet uv dtf 3000 showing water, abrasion, scratch, and UV resistance

UV-curable inks lock in fast and produce finished decals engineered to be:

  • Water resistant
  • Abrasion resistant
  • Scratch resistant
  • UV resistant

They suit both indoor and outdoor use, giving your customers long-lasting results. Note that while these transfers are tough, they are not quite as resistant as direct-to-substrate UV printing. Some substrates may also benefit from an adhesion promoter to strengthen the bond.

Wide Surface Compatibility for Every Product Category

Surface compatibility categories for the uv dtf 3000 covering drinkware, sports gear, branding, and packaging

One machine covers a huge spread of materials. You can apply transfers to metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, wood, vinyl, and paper, which opens doors across commercial markets:

  • Drinkware: tumblers and glassware
  • Sports gear: skateboards, helmets, surfboards
  • Branding: promotional products, USB drives, phone cases
  • Home and industry: home décor, wooden furniture, product and industrial labeling
  • Vehicles and packaging: vehicle decals and packaging prototypes

Each new surface you can decorate is another revenue line for your business.

Keeping Your Printer Running Strong

Maintenance schedule chart for the uv dtf 3000 with daily, weekly, periodic tasks and environment settings

This is an ink-based system that rewards consistent use. Extended inactivity can cause ink blockage, longer maintenance cycles, print defects, and consumable replacement. A steady maintenance rhythm keeps output sharp:

  • Daily: nozzle cleaning, test strip printing, and a carriage reset check before shutdown
  • Weekly: dust cleaning, rail and component lubrication, ink system inspection, and general preventative care
  • Periodic: replace ink sacs every three months, lubricate ink stack screws, and maintain printhead moisture and sealing

Run the machine in a grounded, dust-controlled space at 25°C–28°C and 50%–70% humidity for stable performance. White ink care matters most, so stay on top of it.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty summary for the uninet uv dtf 3000 showing 12-month coverage, excluded consumables, and exclusions

Every system carries a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for the first year from the purchase date. Consumables such as ink, printheads, dampers, capping stations, control boards, cables, and waste bottles fall outside coverage.

Coverage does not extend to ink spills, improper maintenance, clogging from neglect, improper calibration, physical abuse, or external damage. Shipping costs for warranty repair are the user's responsibility. Contact Us for any questions about your order or warranty claim.

Warranty

Your warranty is with UNINET and it runs to you, not to us. We register it for you, and when something goes wrong you call us first.

In short: Every machine starts with 90 days. Registering it within 30 days of receipt is what turns that into the full term of one or two years, parts and labour. The clock starts on the day you bought it from us.

Register within 30 days, or you keep 90 days

UNINET's warranty document puts it directly:

"Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of receipt of the product in order to validate the warranty."

Validate, not extend. Registration is what turns your 90 day warranty into the full term. Miss it and 90 days is what you have.

We handle this for you. About a week after your machine arrives we call, take your serial number, and complete the registration while you are on the phone. It takes ten minutes and it is the most valuable ten minutes of the purchase.

If you would rather do it yourself, the form is on the manufacturer's site. Tell us so we do not double up, and do not let the 30 days lapse.

What you get once it is registered

Machine Registered warranty
iColor 650 2 years, parts and labour
iColor 800 Pro 2 years, parts and labour
iColor 800 Desktop 1 year, parts and labour
iColor 350, 540, 550, 560 1 year, parts and labour
DTF Xpress 2 years
DTF 100, DTF 1200, 3000 UV, DTF 4300, DTF 6000 12 months

Unregistered, every one of these is 90 days.

Registration on transfer printers also carries a five year LED printhead warranty where it applies, which is worth having on its own.

If your model is not listed above, call us on 719-396-5661 and we will confirm the term with UNINET before you rely on it. We would rather check than guess.

When the clock starts

The day you bought it from us. UNINET's warranty is explicit:

"UNINET will, for one year, repair or replace at no charge for parts and labor from the date purchased from UNINET direct or an authorized IColor reseller."

We are an authorized reseller, so your purchase date from us is the date that counts, not the date we bought the machine.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, parts and labour both.

What is not covered

  • On site service. This is not included in any UNINET warranty. Service is remote first, depot second
  • Consumables, except where they are dead on arrival. Toner, ink, film and media are covered by the consumables terms, not by this one
  • Damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification
  • Anything on an unregistered machine after 90 days

Making a claim

Call us first on 719-396-5661. We will open it with you and stay on it.

What happens: UNINET starts with remote technical support and works to resolve it without moving the machine, which settles a good proportion of issues in an afternoon. If it cannot be resolved remotely, the hardware goes back for repair or replacement.

Freight on a warranty repair: you cover shipping to UNINET, and UNINET covers shipping back to you.

Do not ship anything before you have spoken to us. An unauthorized return can void your coverage.

Keep your box and packaging. You will need it, and a machine shipped in the wrong carton can arrive damaged and complicate the claim.

Buying supplies from us does not affect your coverage

UNINET's warranty permits supplies bought from UNINET directly or from an authorized iColor reseller. We are an authorized reseller, so toner, ink, film and media bought from us have no effect on your warranty.

That is not a sales line, it is in their warranty document. If you would rather buy elsewhere, call us and we will tell you honestly whether it matters for your machine.

Extended coverage

UNINET extended warranties exist and can usually be added at purchase or shortly after. Ask us at the time of sale, because the window is short.

One thing to know about registering

Registering puts your name, address, email and phone with UNINET. They will email you about their products, and they share registration data with their partner companies. We are telling you that up front so it is not a surprise.

We still recommend registering, because 90 days against two years on a machine at this price is not a close call. If you would prefer to register yourself so you control what is submitted, that is completely fine. Just do not miss the 30 days.

Questions

Call 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com. We answer within an hour, 7am to 7pm Mountain, seven days a week.

Full terms for every brand we carry, plus product safety information, are on our Warranty & Product Safety page.

Return & Refund Policy

Machines and consumables run on different return windows, and the machine window is the shorter of the two. Check which applies to your order before you open anything.

In short: Machines come back within 7 days of delivery, unused and undamaged, with a 10% restocking fee. Sealed consumables come back within 14 days with no fee. Once toner or ink has been loaded, or a seal has been broken, it is final sale. Anything damaged, defective or incorrect is on us and costs you nothing.

Your return window

What you bought How long you have Restocking fee
Machines 7 days from delivery, unused and undamaged 10%
Toner, ink, film, paper and transfer media 14 days from delivery, sealed and unopened None

The clock starts the day your order is delivered, not the day you ordered.

What condition it needs to be in

Machines must be unused:

  • Never powered on with toner, ink or media loaded
  • No toner or ink cartridges installed. Seals intact, cartridges still in their packaging
  • No transfer media, film or paper run through it
  • No signs of installation, mounting or operation

Machines must be undamaged:

  • Not dropped, dented, scratched or modified
  • No missing or substituted parts
  • Original crate, pallet, foam and every insert
  • All accessories, cables, software and documentation included

A machine that has had toner or ink loaded cannot be returned. Once a cartridge is seated and the machine has cycled, we can't resell it as new and neither can the manufacturer. This is the one that catches people out. If you want to test a machine before committing, call us first on 719-396-5661 and we will talk through what's possible. That conversation is free.

Consumables must be sealed:

  • Factory seal intact, cartridges still in their original sealed packaging
  • Outer box unopened, or if opened to check the label, undamaged and complete
  • All parts of a kit present. A CMYK kit has to come back as a complete kit
  • Resaleable condition: no crushing, tears, water damage or shelf wear

How to start a return

  1. Call 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com within your window, with your order number. Every return needs authorization first. Anything sent back without it can't be accepted, because we won't know whose it is or where to route it.
  2. We confirm eligibility, quote your return freight, and send the return address with full instructions. On freight items you get the exact cost before you commit to anything.
  3. Repack it in the original crate or box. Insure the shipment and keep your tracking, because it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  4. We inspect it on arrival and email you to confirm your refund.

Who pays return shipping

Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong thing: you cover return shipping, and your original outbound shipping charge isn't refunded. On a machine this is freight and it is a real expense, so we quote it before you commit and you decide with the full number in front of you. On a parcel-sized consumable it is usually modest.

Arrived damaged, defective or incorrect: we cover it. You pay nothing, there is no restocking fee, and the condition rules above don't apply.

What we can't take back

  • Any machine that has had toner, ink or media loaded
  • Anything powered on, installed, mounted, or showing signs of operation
  • Anything damaged, dropped or modified after delivery
  • Machines returned without the original crate, pallet, packaging or accessories
  • Opened toner, ink, film, paper or transfer media. Final sale once the seal is broken
  • Partial kits. A CMYK set has to return complete
  • Cartridges installed in a printer, even briefly
  • Anything requested after your window has closed
  • Equipment sold as certified pre-owned or used
  • Equipment bought for one-time or temporary use, such as a single trade show, rather than ongoing production
  • The White Toner Master Class and any other training product. It is delivered by email, so nothing ships and it can't be returned once access has been sent. If something went wrong with your access, call us on 719-396-5661 and we will sort it out. That is a support issue, not a return

If it arrives damaged

Inspect before you sign. Once you sign a clean delivery receipt the carrier is largely off the hook, and a damage claim gets very hard to win for you and for us.

  • Check the crate, box and packaging for crushing, punctures, tears, water staining or tilt indicators
  • See anything at all? Write it on the delivery receipt before you sign. Be specific
  • Photograph it before the driver leaves
  • Badly damaged? You can refuse the shipment. Note why and call us immediately

Then contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 719-396-5661 or info@veprintshop.com, with your order number and photos of both the damage and the packaging. Same day if you possibly can, because some manufacturers hold us to a two day window and once it closes the carrier claim can't be filed at all.

Keep every piece of packaging until the claim is closed. Carriers routinely want to inspect the original crate and foam, and throwing it out can void the claim outright.

Full delivery inspection detail is on the Shipping Policy tab on this page.

Defective or incorrect items

Report a defective machine or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery, and call us on 719-396-5661 rather than troubleshooting alone. We will work the manufacturer's process on your behalf.

That process starts with remote technical support. If the fault can't be resolved remotely, the hardware may need to go back for repair or replacement.

On consumables the same 48 hours applies. Their warranty covers consumables only where they are dead on arrival, so a sealed cartridge that is faulty out of the box, or ink that arrives separated or contaminated, needs to reach us fast. The remedy is repair, replacement or account credit at their election.

Don't ship anything back before contacting us. An unauthorized return can void your coverage.

For coverage after the return window closes, see the Warranty tab on this page.

Cancellations and exchanges

Before your order ships, cancelling is free, with a full refund and no fees. Call us rather than emailing, because email can sit unread while a crate goes on a truck.

Once it ships, the return terms above apply instead, which means return freight at your cost. If you need to cancel, tell us fast.

We don't offer exchanges. If you need a different item, return the one you have under the terms above and place a new order. Call us on 719-396-5661 and we will run both sides at once wherever we can, so you're not waiting on a refund to clear before the new order ships.

Refunds

We email you once your return arrives and has been inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days, less any restocking fee.

Refunds cover the invoiced purchase price. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

If you have any questions about this policy, call or text us on 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com.

Shipping Policy

Consumables ship free. Machines carry a freight charge that depends on the model, listed in full below.

In short: Toner, ink, film, paper and accessories ship free within the United States. Machines carry a freight charge from $29 to $250 depending on model, charged per machine, so two machines means two charges. We ship to the United States only. Inspect the crate before you sign for it, because that signature is what a damage claim turns on.

What shipping costs

Free on all toner, ink, film, paper, transfer media, parts and accessories.

Machines carry a freight charge, from $29 to $250 depending on the model:

What you're buying Shipping
Label Printer $29
iColor 350 Sublimation Printer $49 first unit, $79 each additional
iColor 560, Icolorprint DTF 100 $95
DTF 1200 $99
iColor 800W $100
iColor 650, DTF Xpress, DTF 3000, DTF 4300, DTF 6000 $250

The amount for your machine is also shown at checkout before you pay.

Freight is charged per item, not per order. If you buy two machines you pay two freight charges. This mirrors how the manufacturer bills us, and it is the only way the pricing works on equipment at this weight.

The iColor 350 is billed differently on multiples. The first unit is $49 and each additional unit is $79 rather than $49. Checkout handles this automatically, but if a quantity looks wrong to you, call us on 719-396-5661 before you pay and we will confirm it.

The White Toner Master Class is a training course delivered by email. Nothing ships and no shipping is charged.

Where we ship

The United States only. We don't ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to freight forwarders.

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order we send you a confirmation email. That means we have received your order and authorized your payment. It is an authorization, not a charge.

We then check immediately that your items are in stock and ready to ship. If something is backordered or unavailable, we release the authorization and email you to discuss the options rather than holding your money.

Once we have confirmed everything is available, we capture the payment and start preparing your order.

How long it takes

What you bought Processing and dispatch Delivery
Consumables and parts 1 to 2 business days 1 to 6 business days
Machines 1 to 3 business days 7 to 10 business days

Orders placed after 5pm Mountain Time (Denver) start processing the next business day.

All timelines mean business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order shipment and tracking

We send your shipping confirmation and tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the email address you gave at checkout.

If you haven't heard from us within 4 business days of ordering, email info@veprintshop.com or call 719-396-5661 and we will chase it.

How it ships

Consumables and parts ship by parcel carrier. Machines ship by freight, and freight works differently from a parcel delivery:

  • The carrier calls to schedule. Give us a phone number someone answers, since missed appointments can trigger redelivery or storage fees
  • Delivery is curbside. The driver brings the crate to the back of the truck. Getting it inside is your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing
  • Liftgate is included. You don't need a dock or a forklift, and you don't pay extra for it
  • Someone must be present to sign. Freight carriers don't leave crated equipment unattended

Inspect before you sign

This is the single most important section on this page. Once you sign a clean delivery receipt the carrier's liability is largely discharged, and a damage claim becomes very hard to win for you and for us.

Before you sign:

  • Inspect the crate, box and packaging. Look for crushing, punctures, tears, water staining, tilt or shock indicators, and shifted contents
  • If you see any damage at all, even minor, write it on the delivery receipt before you sign. Be specific, for example "crate corner crushed, bottom left". Photograph it before the driver leaves
  • If the damage looks severe you can refuse the shipment. Note the reason on the receipt and call us right away on 719-396-5661
  • Keep all packaging. Don't discard the crate, box, foam or pallet until the claim is closed. Carrier inspection of the original packaging is a condition of the claim, and throwing it out can void it

If it arrives damaged

If you have accepted the delivery, photograph any damaged packaging or products immediately.

Email your photos to info@veprintshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, and call us on 719-396-5661.

Call the same day if you possibly can. Our suppliers hold us to windows as short as two days from receipt, and once that window closes the claim can't be filed with the carrier at all. Speed is what lets us make it right.

Concealed damage, meaning damage you find after unpacking where the outside looked fine, must also be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with the packaging kept.

We cover the shipping on damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise. You pay nothing. See the Return & Refund Policy tab on this page for what happens next.

If equipment later goes back for warranty repair, you cover the freight to send it in and the manufacturer covers the freight to return it to you. Save your original box and packaging, because shipping a machine in inadequate packaging can void the repair claim.

If your shipment is lost or stalls

If tracking stops updating for more than 2 business days, or a delivery date passes with nothing arriving, tell us. We open the carrier trace on your behalf.

We respond within 1 hour, 7am to 7pm Mountain Time, seven days a week, on 719-396-5661 or info@veprintshop.com.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Corrections after dispatch trigger carrier fees, which are significant on freight, and address change fees incurred after dispatch are passed on to you at cost.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a shipment is refused without cause, or comes back to us as undeliverable because of a wrong address or repeated missed appointments, return freight and any carrier storage fees are deducted from your refund.

This never applies when you refuse a delivery because of visible damage.

If you have any questions about this policy, call or text us on 719-396-5661 or email info@veprintshop.com.
