A Simple Print, Powder, Cure, Press Workflow

The DTF process is more straightforward than traditional pretreatment. Here is the basic flow:

• Print your design onto DTF film
• Apply adhesive powder to the printed film
• Cure the powdered film in the included oven
• Preheat the garment, then heat press the transfer
• Peel the film after proper cooling
• Run a second press to improve surface texture and durability

Getting started each day is simple: turn on the rear power switch, press the front start button and wait for startup to complete, load your print film using the left-side arrow button, then run a printhead cleaning and nozzle check before production. At the end of the day, confirm all print jobs are completed or deleted, clean ink spills around the printhead and capping station, clean the encoder strip, make sure the printhead and capping station are properly sealed, then turn off the printer using the start button followed by the rear power switch.

Honest note: this is not a maintenance-free machine. DTF printing still needs daily nozzle checks, white ink shaking, and end-of-day cleaning around the printhead, wiper blades, and capping station, plus weekly pinch roller and encoder strip cleaning. Also clean the pinch rollers whenever you replace film, empty the waste tank regularly, and grease the carriage rail as needed if you hear squeaking. Follow the routine and the F13 rewards you with consistent, reliable output. For the best results, keep your operating temperature above 22°C / 71°F, humidity above 50%, place the oven in a ventilated area, and keep ink, film, and powder out of direct sunlight.

What the F13 Panda Warranty Covers

Coverage depends on warranty registration, proper use, and exclusive use of approved Procolored consumables. Key points:

• Components not directly in contact with ink are covered for 12 months from shipment date, unless damage is user-induced
• The single-head mainboard carries a 6-month warranty from shipment date with eligibility for one replacement during the warranty period
• Printheads and ink-contact components generally have no warranty, but after registration the L1800 printhead is covered for 6 months from shipment date, limited to one replacement
• Other accessories are covered for 12 months from shipment date

Warranty does not cover printhead blockage caused by third-party inks or damage from misuse. If damage occurs within one month of receiving the printer, Procolored covers both the component cost and shipping fees; if reported after one month, Procolored covers the component cost but not shipping fees. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the printer arrives within one week with no ink added and original packaging — once ink has been added, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.
