Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the United States.

We believe in keeping things straightforward and transparent. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've successfully received your order details and have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase amount.

Upon receiving your order, we automatically verify inventory availability to ensure immediate fulfillment. Should any item be temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we'll promptly void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternative solutions or arrangements.

When your item(s) are confirmed as available for immediate dispatch (within 5 business days), we'll process the payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

For in-stock orders where payment has been successfully processed, your equipment will ship within three business days from your order date.

You'll receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order departing our fulfillment center, sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Should you not receive shipping confirmation within four business days of placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@veprintshop.com.

International Orders:

While our products meet United States safety and performance standards, they have not been certified for use with international electrical safety requirements.

We're delighted to serve our international customers and will gladly ship our premium printing equipment worldwide. Given the diverse dimensions and specifications of our commercial equipment, we provide customized shipping quotes upon request.

Once you approve our shipping quote, we'll prepare your order and process payment through our secure online payment system.

Damages:

Please carefully examine the packaging condition when your equipment arrives. If you observe any visible damage, document this when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the shipment.

Should you accept delivery, immediately photograph any damaged packaging or equipment using your smartphone or camera – this documentation is essential for processing damage claims.
