Easy Returns

At VE Printshop, we have complete confidence in every piece of equipment we offer. However, we recognize that occasionally you may need to reconsider your purchase or discover that the equipment doesn't quite meet your specific requirements.

That's why we provide a comprehensive 30-Day Return Policy.

Should you wish to return any item for whatever reason within 30 days of receiving your order, simply contact us at info@veprintshop.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the return process step by step.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses for their items.

After we receive and examine your returned equipment at our facilities, you'll receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed.

Important: To qualify for a full refund, returned equipment must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

"Like New" condition means the equipment shows no visible signs of use or wear whatsoever.

Equipment showing signs of use, wear, or operational issues will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@veprintshop.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. We're committed to making returns as straightforward as possible.

Damages

Should your equipment arrive damaged, please note this immediately upon delivery signature and send photographs to info@veprintshop.com on the same day.

VE Printshop covers all shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Always retain original packaging materials for any equipment requiring return.

Our customer service team must authorize all returns before processing begins.

We guarantee you'll receive the exact equipment you ordered in perfect condition as quickly as possible. Equipment damaged through use is not eligible for refund unless covered under manufacturer warranty terms.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone to avoid return shipping charges.

Cancellations processed before shipment qualify for complete refunds.

Orders canceled after shipping will follow our standard 30-Day Return Policy and incur return shipping costs.

Additional Return Policy Information:

  • When specific vendors or products have different return terms, this information will be clearly displayed in product descriptions or dedicated return policy sections.

  • Equipment marked as certified pre-owned or used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • VE Printshop exclusively serves customers who plan to utilize equipment throughout its operational lifespan. Equipment purchased specifically for "single-use or temporary applications" is not eligible for return under any conditions. This policy includes but is not limited to: equipment intended for trade shows or conference use, purchases made by promotional companies, and orders placed by trade show organizers.
