One-Click Print-to-Bake

Labeled print, powder and curing path for an automated xTool Apparel Printer setup with the OS1 oven

Move from printed film to a cured transfer with one click. When paired with the OS1 Shaker Oven Machine, the system prints the artwork, applies powder, shakes away excess powder, and bakes the transfer. The integrated process completes and bakes a design within 8 minutes.

  • Automated film printing and cutting
  • Controlled powder distribution and shaking
  • Double-sided baking before the film exits
  • Only heat pressing remains after processing

Automatic Self-Maintenance

Automatic cleaning and moisturizing system shown during xTool Apparel Printer setup in a print studio

Leave the printer plugged in for continuous care. It monitors internal humidity and temperature, then starts cleaning, moisturizing, ink stirring, and white ink circulation when needed. This 24/7 system lowers the risk of printhead clogs and reduces routine manual work.

Remote monitoring through the mobile app displays live printer readings. If the machine cannot correct an issue by itself, the app sends step-by-step instructions.

Three Steps for xTool Apparel Printer setup

Computer design, printer control and garment pressing shown for an xTool Apparel Printer price package

The apparel process follows three clear stages:

  • Design: Prepare or generate your artwork in one program.
  • Print: Start printing and automated transfer processing from the connected workspace.
  • Press: Apply the finished film to the garment with a heat press.

Traditional DTF production may require 3 to 5 separate tools. This connected process manages design, RIP preparation, layout, printing, and machine control in one program.

Design Software From Mockup to Print

Shirt mockup and automatic layout functions shown inside the xTool Apparel Printer design workspace

xTool Creative Space keeps artwork preparation and machine control together. Its included functions cover AI-Powered Design Generator, RIP, Auto Nesting, Printing Layout, Machine Control, shirt mockups, and more.

  • Mac and Windows support
  • Automatic RIP conversion for print preparation
  • Auto Nesting for arranging artwork on film
  • AI 16MP Camera Auto Calibration
  • Remote printer monitoring through the app

Supplier imagery shows the internal 16MP camera and print carriage working over perforated transfer film as colorful graphics and white underbase areas are produced.

Fabric Compatibility

Color prints across light and dark fabrics demonstrate the xTool Apparel Printer shaker oven workflow

Print colorful artwork on light or dark apparel. DTF transfer technology works across cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon, and other fabrics. It performs especially well on cotton and polyester, without the light-colored polyester limitation associated with sublimation.

Multi-color artwork and intricate patterns can be printed in one pass, making the process well suited to personalized garments that would require more preparation with screen printing. Supplier community imagery also includes owner examples on shirts, tote bags, and gift bags.

Printing Speed and Output

Estimated one-hour apparel quantities based on xTool Apparel Printer production at 50 square feet per hour

Produce transfers at up to 50 sq ft/hr at 720×1200 DPI. The 14" print width and Single Sheet-Fed mode suit apparel artwork for shirts, hats, bags, and other fabric goods. Maximum Print Area is 14" x 18" (356mm x 460mm). The output infographic also provides estimated one-hour quantities for shirts, hats, and bags.

Supplier project cards illustrate runs of 175 shirts, 100 orange drawstring bags, 25 purple business transfer sheets, and 28 white Halloween tote bags, along with two dogs wearing printed bandanas, matching floral graphics on a hoodie, crew garment, and bag, two-sided automotive graphics on camouflage hoodies, and a rush-order red script print on a dark shirt. The cards report production time, print cost, and profit for each example.

Epson I1600 Dual Printheads

Magnified character print shows fine detail produced through xTool Apparel Printer software and dual heads

Two Epson I1600 printheads place CMYK+WWWW ink at up to 720 x 1800 DPI. A Minimum Ink Drop Size of 3.8 pL supports fine lines, detailed characters, and clean artwork edges.

G7 Certified Color Accuracy

Vivid feather print with G7 certification settings produced through an xTool Apparel Printer workflow

G7 Certified color accuracy supports consistent, vivid output. The displayed feather sample uses 12 passes, 720 x 1800 DPI, and full white ink to show fine color transitions and detail on transfer film. The sample image also displays a G7 Master badge.

OEKO-TEX® Materials

Pear-print baby bodysuit beside certified materials for the xTool Apparel Printer shaker oven system

The official ink, film, and powder are OEKO-TEX® certified and safe for babies. These materials are tested to high safety standards for finished, sale-ready apparel prints.

Soft TPU Powder Finish

Close comparison of soft xTool TPU powder and glossy third-party powder for xTool Apparel Printer software

Mid-fine TPU powder gives transfers a soft, flexible, breathable feel. It avoids the stiff hand and shiny appearance associated with regular plastisol or the pictured third-party powder result.

Custom-tuned ink uses premium resin and 6 custom‑tuned waveforms. Supplier testing reports a 66.7% lower clogging risk and 2–5 times less clogging than non-official inks.

Supplier community guidance also discusses how white ink percentage choices affect print feel and powder adhesion.

Wash Durability

Colorful transfer remains intact after repeated washing in this xTool Apparel Printer setup comparison

Official ink and powder produce transfers designed for repeated wear. Prints can survive 50+ heavy washes and stretch up to 300% without cracking or peeling. Cotton and polyester prints can withstand 50–100 washes while retaining their structure and vivid colors.

Transfer Pressing and Curing

xTool Apparel Printer price guide showing curing, fabric preheat, cooling, peeling, and repeat pressing

Set the curing temperature to approximately 110°C (which is 230°F). Preheat from the printer control panel for about 20 minutes before use. Processing without preheating is possible, but curing may be less complete.

For added wear resistance, press at least twice with pressure greater than 0.7mpa:

  • Preheat the fabric on the heat press surface for 6 seconds.
  • Complete the first press at 160°C (which is 320°F) for 6 seconds.
  • Move the fabric to a cooler area for about 10-20 seconds.
  • Peel the film quickly while warm.
  • Return the pattern to the same area and press again at 160°C/6S, preferably in the middle of the heat press.
  • For a large pattern, complete a third press by placing its top and bottom areas in the middle of the heat press and pressing each at 160°C/6S.

The official film is hot peel, also described as warm peel. It does not need to cool to room temperature, though adhesive powder above 110°C (230°F) may not yet be fully solidified.

Automated Curing With the xTool Apparel Printer shaker oven

xTool Apparel Printer software graphic covering AP2 use, OS1 film limits, and the IF2 exhaust warning

The oven’s default temperature settings assume the AP2 exhaust purifier is connected. Operating without AP2 can cause incomplete curing and prolonged TVOCs exposure that may affect your health.

Third-party film cannot be used with the OS1 Shaker Oven Machine. If you are not using the baking machine, third-party film may be used when powder is shaken and baked manually. Third-party ink is not recommended because it may clog the printhead.

Do not use IF2 as an exhaust fan for this system. Apparel-printing fumes contain glycerin, which can damage the IF2 motor over time and shorten its service life.

System Comparison

Automation, printhead, software, speed and footprint rows compared for xTool Apparel Printer setup

The comparison chart places this integrated DTF system beside industrial equipment and budget printers. It compares purchase price, automation, cleaning, printheads, software, print speed, print width, and physical footprint so you can assess the differences in one view.

Unlike screen printing, DTF handles multi-color and intricate patterns in one print and requires virtually no manual cleaning afterward. Unlike sublimation, it supports light and dark fabrics beyond polyester.

International Orders:

While our products meet United States safety and performance standards, they have not been certified for use with international electrical safety requirements.

We're delighted to serve our international customers and will gladly ship our premium printing equipment worldwide. Given the diverse dimensions and specifications of our commercial equipment, we provide customized shipping quotes upon request.

Once you approve our shipping quote, we'll prepare your order and process payment through our secure online payment system.

Damages:

Please carefully examine the packaging condition when your equipment arrives. If you observe any visible damage, document this when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the shipment.

Should you accept delivery, immediately photograph any damaged packaging or equipment using your smartphone or camera – this documentation is essential for processing damage claims.

If your equipment arrives damaged, please send an email to info@veprintshop.com, including the photos. For more information, visit our returns page.
