Three dedicated industrial-grade printheads keep every layer clean and consistent. Instead of forcing color, white, and varnish through shared channels, each function gets its own hardware:

• H1: Color inks
• H2: White ink
• H4: Varnish
• H3: Reserved

Separating these jobs gives you better output consistency across long runs and cleaner control over how each layer builds up. The heads are XP600 type, tuned for detailed graphics on transfer film. The print carriage window carries the UNINET logo centered on the front, with a black waste ink box mounted on top of the machine to collect spent ink during cleaning cycles.

No more hand-feeding prints through a second machine. The integrated laminator handles finishing in-line during production, cutting manual steps and speeding up your output. Print and laminate happen as part of one continuous flow, so your operators spend less time babysitting the workflow and more time filling orders. The blue B film roller loads right below the print area, feeding your printed sticker sheet straight into lamination.

Eighteen ink channels open up an expanded color range for sharper, richer graphics. The full ink lineup covers:

• CMYK for standard color
• Light Cyan and Light Magenta for smoother gradients and expanded gamut
• White for opaque backing on any substrate
• Varnish for gloss and dimensional effects

White ink is the toughest part of any DTF system, which is why the WIMS White Ink Management System keeps white ink circulating. That circulation lowers clogging risk, holds white performance steady, and cuts down on the downtime that stalls production.

The varnish layer does more than protect. It builds raised gloss effects with sharp detail, giving your decals a tactile, dimensional look that plain flat prints cannot match. Customers see and feel the difference, which lets you charge more for premium branded merchandise, promotional pieces, and packaging prototypes.

Built on a 420mm / 17 inch roll-fed platform with a maximum print size of 420mm × 200 meters, this system is made for long, uninterrupted runs. Print speeds reach up to 50 sq ft/hr in 8-pass mode, at resolutions of 1080 DPI or 1440 DPI.

Gang sheet printing lets you lay out multiple designs at once, so you fill the full print width and waste less film. More jobs per sheet means lower material cost and faster turnaround across every batch.

UV-curable inks lock in fast and produce finished decals engineered to be:

• Water resistant
• Abrasion resistant
• Scratch resistant
• UV resistant

They suit both indoor and outdoor use, giving your customers long-lasting results. Note that while these transfers are tough, they are not quite as resistant as direct-to-substrate UV printing. Some substrates may also benefit from an adhesion promoter to strengthen the bond.

The production process moves in a clear sequence:

• Load A film into the printer
• Print color, white, and varnish layers
• Laminate with B film
• Separate the adhesive layer
• Apply the transfer to your hard substrate
• Peel the carrier film

For best film results, run each film through twice at 0.6MPa pressure: a first cold press pass, then a second pass at 35°C, with film speed of 3–5 cm/s.

This is an ink-based system that rewards consistent use. Extended inactivity can cause ink blockage, longer maintenance cycles, print defects, and consumable replacement. A steady maintenance rhythm keeps output sharp:

• Daily: nozzle cleaning, test strip printing, and a carriage reset check before shutdown
• Weekly: dust cleaning, rail and component lubrication, ink system inspection, and general preventative care
• Periodic: replace ink sacs every three months, lubricate ink stack screws, and maintain printhead moisture and sealing

Run the machine in a grounded, dust-controlled space at 25°C–28°C and 50%–70% humidity for stable performance. White ink care matters most, so stay on top of it.

Every system carries a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for the first year from the purchase date. Consumables such as ink, printheads, dampers, capping stations, control boards, cables, and waste bottles fall outside coverage.
