Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the United States.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you'll immediately receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've successfully received your order details and have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase amount.

Upon receiving your order, we automatically verify inventory availability to ensure immediate fulfillment. Should any item be temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we'll promptly void the pre-authorization and contact you to discuss alternative solutions or arrangements.

When your item(s) are confirmed as available for immediate dispatch (within 5 business days), we'll process the payment and begin preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

For in-stock orders where payment has been successfully processed, your equipment will ship within three business days from your order date.

You'll receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order departing our fulfillment center, sent to the email address provided during checkout.

International Orders:

While our products meet United States safety and performance standards, they have not been certified for use with international electrical safety requirements.

We're delighted to serve our international customers and will gladly ship our premium printing equipment worldwide. Given the diverse dimensions and specifications of our commercial equipment, we provide customized shipping quotes upon request.

Once you approve our shipping quote, we'll prepare your order and process payment through our secure online payment system.

Damages:

Please carefully examine the packaging condition when your equipment arrives. If you observe any visible damage, document this when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the shipment.

Should you accept delivery, immediately photograph any damaged packaging or equipment using your smartphone or camera – this documentation is essential for processing damage claims.

Easy Returns

At VE Printshop, we have complete confidence in every piece of equipment we offer. However, we recognize that occasionally you may need to reconsider your purchase or discover that the equipment doesn't quite meet your specific requirements.

That's why we provide a comprehensive 7-Day Return Policy.

Should you wish to return any item for whatever reason within 7 days of receiving your order, simply contact us at info@veprintshop.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the return process step by step.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses for their items.

After we receive and examine your returned equipment at our facilities, you'll receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed.

Important: To qualify for a full refund, returned equipment must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

"Like New" condition means the equipment shows no visible signs of use or wear whatsoever.

Equipment showing signs of use, wear, or operational issues will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.

Damages

Should your equipment arrive damaged, please note this immediately upon delivery signature and send photographs to info@veprintshop.com on the same day.

VE Printshop covers all shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

Always retain original packaging materials for any equipment requiring return.

Our customer service team must authorize all returns before processing begins.

We guarantee you'll receive the exact equipment you ordered in perfect condition as quickly as possible. Equipment damaged through use is not eligible for refund unless covered under manufacturer warranty terms.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone to avoid return shipping charges.

Cancellations processed before shipment qualify for complete refunds.

Orders canceled after shipping will follow our standard 7-Day Return Policy and incur return shipping costs.

Additional Return Policy Information:

  • When specific vendors or products have different return terms, this information will be clearly displayed in product descriptions or dedicated return policy sections.

  • Equipment marked as certified pre-owned or used cannot be returned under any circumstances.

  • VE Printshop exclusively serves customers who plan to utilize equipment throughout its operational lifespan. Equipment purchased specifically for "single-use or temporary applications" is not eligible for return under any conditions. This policy includes but is not limited to: equipment intended for trade shows or conference use, purchases made by promotional companies, and orders placed by trade show organizers.

Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 Mainboard

● Mainboard for dual-head printer is not covered by warranty. Customers may send them in for repairs at their own expense.
● Mainboard for single-head printer is covered by a 6-month warranty period since printer shipment date. Within this warranty period, you are eligible for one replacement.

1.2. Print Head and Related Components

After warranty registration, the following printheads are covered by a 6-month warranty period since printer shipment date, limited to one replacement: (L1800, R1390, L800, L805, TX800, XP600). Other print heads or components that contact with ink are not covered by warranty.

1.3 Warranty for Other Accessories

Other accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty period since shipment date of the Procolored printer.

1.4 Disclaimer

● The warranty for the ink-contact components requires the printer exclusively use Procolored inks. Warranty coverage does not include the printhead blockage resulting from the use of inks from other brands.

● The warranty for printer-related components is subject to the shipment date of a Procolored printer.
● The damage must not be caused by user negligence or misuse.
● The damage must be confirmed by our customer service team or engineers as non-user-induced.

2. Warranty Costs

If the component within warranty period is damaged within one month of printer receiving, we will bear the cost of component and covering the shipping fees. For damage reported after one month of printer receipt, we will cover the cost of component but will not cover the shipping fees.
